About Eve

Eve Silver is a nationally certified Alexander Technique Teacher. She received her certification in 2014 after completing a three year, 1600-hour teacher training program at the American Center for the Alexander Technique (ACAT) in NYC.
Eve is a member of the American Society for the Alexander Technique (AmSat) and has a private practice in Katonah, New York. Her greatest joy in teaching this method is watching the transformation of her students as they achieve physical, mental and emotional healing.
In addition to teaching the Alexander Technique, Eve is an interior design consultant and an advocate for activities that strengthen, support and promote community and joyful living.
